The provisions in wind loading standards routinely overlook the influence of nearby small-size objects on loads low-rise buildings. One such object is boundary walls that significantly modify surrounding field thereby affecting To investigate this phenomenon, four low-rise, gable-roofed buildings: one with and three without were tested a layer tunnel. calculated external pressure coefficients ( C ¯ p ) subsequently compared given ASCE 7 (2016), NBCC (2015), EN 1991-1-4 (2005), AS/NZS 1170.2 (2011). comparison showed good agreement for using 7-16 (2016) (2011) building those tunnel test.
